So if I were you I'd temporarily turn "off" all the plugins that were installed from the Pack by first closing Winamp, then browsing to your plugins folder, and renaming all of them from plugin-name.dll to plugin-name.dll.OFFNext, restart Winamp and see if the problem is no longer there. If it isn't then alternate between first closing Winamp again, renaming one plugin at a time back to the actual name, and restarting Winamp each time.
