Many people are very frustrated with the "New Outlook", and I'm certain others are satisified with it. The problem though, is that someone who has maximized the functional features of "Legacy Outlook" has done so to make their experience optimal for their work flow. Everyone is different, yeah - I understand that. But I agree with Lawrence Darius LC comment that historically, we have seen Microsoft make improvements to their products when a new version is released. Granted, sometimes thier products misses the mark (Windows Bob, Windows Me, Windows Vista). Their history has always leaned toward improvements and new features - but 'New Outlook' is severely missing many of the features that help a user to optimize their workflow with Outlook. Fortunately, we can still use the 'Legacy Outlook' for several more years, but I expect Microsoft to fill every gap of functions that are missing in the 'New Outlook'. Even more of my opinion, is that Microsoft should not have release the new version until it was much closer in parity to the legacy version.
